Solution
Below are some basic troubleshooting steps to try. In most cases, the issue is resolved by one of them:
  • Ensure the User's Browser Version is the most recent one.
  • Ensure the Okta Browser Plugin is updated to the latest version.
  • Ensure the User has no Javascript blockers or firewalls that could impact the Browser/Plugin.
  • Reset the Okta Browser Plugin from Extensions > Okta Browser Plugin > Settings gear(Settings Gear) > Scroll to the bottom and click Reset Plugin.
  • Clear the browser cache & cookies.
  • Restart the browser.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Okta Browser Plugin.
