Hello @avshch (BCRC) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
Currently, Okta does not support limiting the number of Okta Verify device enrollments per user. Users can enroll up to 10 Okta Verify devices per account in Okta Identity Engine (OIE), and there is no administrative control to reduce this limit.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
