Limit on number of policies can be created on a single Auth Server
I couldn’t find anything in the Okta documentation that specifies whether there is a limit on the number of policies that can be created under a single Authorization Server.I did find documentation that talks about limits on the number of rules within a policy, but I haven’t seen anything that mentions limits on the number of policies themselves. Does anyone know if there is a documented (or practical) limit on the number of policies per Authorization Server?

There isn't a hard limitation on the amount of authorization servers policies that can be created, however, there might be issues with the UI/performance when you have over 100 policies.
There's an Admin UI limit of 50 access policies per authorization server, however you can create/access more then 50 though API calls.
