I am trying to do second authentication so I can log onto Okta and then log into the Slack channel for my project at an AI company. However, the Okta Verify app on my Iphone refuses to read the QR code provided by the Okta on my desktop, nor will the desktop generate a code that I could type into my phone. Does anyone know how to fix or workaround this problem?

If your device can't scan the QR code you have the option to enter a code manually into your phone. You can check our doc here. If this does not work, I would recommend to reach out to your internal Helpdesk/IT department for additional assistance.

Thank you for your assistance Paul. The problem is that when Okta Verify displays a QR code on my desktop, it's not showing an 8-digit code that I could enter into my phone. Is there any way to fix that?
