Hello, my sister is a dual enrollment student at Athens tech. I created her password and okta verify through my phone. However, I deleted the app by mistake. I am not able to get back in can someone PLEASEEEEE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi @MakaylaL.25070 (Customer), if Okta Verify MFA is required for signing in, you will need to contact support at Athens tech and ask them to reset MFA on her account so she can re-enroll Okta Verify.
