Suddenly I can't access dashboard and don't know how to get support as I don't have account Id for my company. I tried to call customer support but as I don't have the account Id call ended.
Any Ideas?

If you have a paid production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line. If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
Unfortunately, if no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account.
Alternatively, if you do not have a paid account but are interested in getting one, you can contact our Sales team. There is a chance for a paid account to be used to request assistance for a connected free account, but the Sales team would have more details on that.
