Can't login to admin.google.com

Okta and Google workspace are integrated in my organization. When I was first provided access in Google Workspace and Okta, I was a normal user. Later my Okta access was elevated to Admin and then my Google Workspace access was elevated to Super Admin. While other super admin and able to access to admin.google.com, I am not. Do I have to do any specific changes in Okta in order to access admin.google.com or should my manager have assigned me Super Admin in Google Workspace differently such that Okta would not interfere.
