Can't login to Okta admin dashboard

Suddenly I can't access dashboard and don't know how to get support as I don't have account Id for my company. I tried to call customer support but as I don't have the account Id call ended.

 

Any Ideas?

    If you have a paid production account with us, please leverage it to open a case via the support.okta.com site or call the support line. If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf. 

     

    Unfortunately, if no paid developer or production account is available, the only option left is to sign up for a new free trial or developer account.

     

    Alternatively, if you do not have a paid account but are interested in getting one, you can contact our Sales team. There is a chance for a paid account to be used to request assistance for a connected free account, but the Sales team would have more details on that.

  • Here is the thing, I am the admin.

    Historically someone creates the account and assigned me as admin then he left the company, I can't for some reason do both suggestion however I tried multiple times to do so.

    I need to call support and I can do whatever needed to verify my Identity to get my access back.

      @User16280132688979799554 (Customer)​ It sounds like something that should be sorted out with an Account Executive. If your company has a paid account, they should also have an Account Executive assigned.
