My phone with the Okta Verify app on it is completely smashed and and broken. When I try and login to my end user dashoard it won't let me in as it requires an Okta Verify code that I can't get. I can't even transfer the app to my new phone as the old phone is completely busted! There's no links anywhere on screen for 'lost code' or 'reset account' etc. so I'm totally stuck. Anyone know how I can get around this? Thanks!

For security reasons you'll need to use an alternative option (ex. SMS, Google Authenticator, Yubikey etc) to sign into your Okta account and re-enroll the device. If you do not have an alternative option, please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help you re-enroll the device and provide further assistance. They will need to reset your MFA and this will trigger a new enrollment flow.
While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), individual account management is handled by your company or service provider.
