I have another Okta Account, I couldn't able to reset admin password. All the time i am getting I don't have permission to do password reset. I don't know the logic why Okta kept like this. Somebody can help me to reset Admin password of Okta account. Right now My Admin user status showing Password reset

If you don't have it properly configured, please reach out to one of the other SuperAdmins in your org to help you reset the password.
If you are the only SuperAdmin and have a paid account, you can call the support line for assistance.
If you do not have a paid account, email us at community@okta.com from the email address associated with your admin account and the affected Okta Org subdomain name, so we can check to see what can be done to help you regain access.
