We have AD syncing users with OKTA and provisionig apps. All of sudden some of the users are not provisioined with Atlassian-Confluence app, upon checking we found error User provisioning failed with msg Matching user not found.I am wondering whats caused this as all other users can access Confluence except these.
Any help is appreciated

Hello @AdilI.79129 (Customer) Thank you for reacting out to our Community!
Do you have "Create users" option enabled in the To app section of the Provisioning Tab? If that option is not enabled Okta can not find a profile to link to user and the application on Okta side would not have the permission to create the user on Atlassian side.
