OpsGenie Standalone with Atlassian Cloud

Hi there,

We're currently using Atlassian Cloud to auth all of our Atlassian apps including OpsGenie. But I'd just like to know if it's possible to setup the OpsGenie standalone integration (Not leveraging Atlassian Cloud) for primary SSO to OpsGenie only.

The intended use case for this that we could potentially allow for a different login flow for users accessing OpsGenie vs Atlassian Cloud apps i.e Confluence, Jira etc.

Hey Anwar! You could add a bookmark app to separate this application from a "tile" standpoint on the Okta Dashboard. But if the OpsGenie SSO is controlled by Atlassian Cloud, you will not be able to modify that federation.

OpsGenie does have a standalone SAML integration that is separate from Atlassian Cloud. I guess the question is whether there can be a different integration for Atlassian Cloud vs OpsGenie within the same environment.

I haven't tested it to say for sure, but I would recommend taking a look at the setup instructions for OpsGenie and see if they are similar to the Atlassian Cloud steps or whether it uses a different configuration.
