AnthonyD.33376 (Customer) asked a question.
We are using Fastpass to allow SSO into certain applications as long as the device is managed with the appropriate certificate pushed to the device.
Windows systems are working flawlessly, Mac's on the other hand are all prompting for another factor even though they are in the same state as their Windows counterparts.
Looking at the logs for a specific application it shows that the login is hitting the correct rule so it knows that the device is managed and has FastPass but still prompts.
Running the access testing tool shows that there is no difference between MacOS and Windows, as long as the device is registered and managed it should be good.
Looking for some advice on how to better troubleshoot this issue.
