    Hi Bruce Carnecchia,

    If you are an admin you can reset the MFA enrollment for your account otherwise you have to reach out system admin to reset the MFA so that you can enroll your new device.

    Thanks for the quick response. I'm new to this, so I'm not fully understanding your answer. I'm an individual user that must use Okta in order to login to a VPN at a company's site. Would I need the company techs to reset the MFA?
