New Phone Registration

I use OKTA for MFA to authenticate login credentials for 2 outside companies. My company does not have an OKTA account or administrator. Is there a way to transfer my 2 login credentials for those sites without submitting help desk tickets to those 2 sites?

Just noticed your title; I'm guessing that those companies use the Okta Verify app for MFA, and you have a new phone. You might be able to transfer to your new device if you still have your old one (see info here); if not, you'll need to contact them.

So, you don't work at a company that uses Okta, but you sign in to two other companies (as a customer, or partner, perhaps) that do use Okta for authentication and MFA. Is that right?

And what is it you want to do? What do you mean by "transfer your login credentials"? Do you mean, change your login and password? If the companies you're working with don't provide you a means on their sign-in widget or page to do things like change your password (if that's what you want to do) then you'll need to contact those companies. It's up to them to decide and configure what sort of self-service options you have.

Thanks. The second answer about OKTA Verify App is what happened. One company allowed for self-resetting, the other does not. Thank you for the information.
