If you have enrolled to any other authenticator you can reset the okta verify from your okta dashboard.
Follow the below steps :
Go to end user dashboard > My settings > Under security methods > Choose Okta Verify and click on Set up.
Otherwise you have to contact org admin to reset the authenticator.
