We are currently using Mobileiron as our MDM agent. Okta for Single Sign On. Deploying iPads. Starting yesterday when you tap on Outlook (for example) the standard screen pops up asking for login. Type in the Okta credentials and instead of okta verifying the license and switching back to the app the Okta browser auth screen stays there is it changes to to a web based version of the Okta home screen without redirecting back to the Outlook app. This happens with MFA turned on or off. This is only on new devices. I have an iPad that works fine but when trying tp provision a New iPad to myself same issue. This SAME issue is happening with Docusign as well. Other apps like Adobe & Zoom Okta authenticate no problem. Lastly...everything works just fine with Okta verification on the Laptop.
Has anyone seen this before?
Any input would be extremely helpful

What I would suggest in this case is to check the following document and make you're setting up the app correctly: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-to-configure-Outlook-on-iOS
Additionally, I would suggest you test disabling the "Okta Interstitial Page" if you have it enabled. This setting can be found under Settings > Customization.
Nonetheless, if you verify the setup is correct according to the document and the setting is disabled in your org, I recommend you open a support case with us in order to do a deeper analysis and troubleshooting of the problem.
