Solution
- On the iOS device, select the Outlook app, swipe right, and select the icon to add a new email address.
- Complete the form with the email address, for example, user@example.com, and press Add Account.
- Outlook will redirect to Okta to authenticate with Okta credentials.
Optionally, once finished authenticating with the Okta username and password, Okta will prompt for multifactor.
- Once Okta validates the credentials, it redirects back to Outlook, and the mail account is available for use.
