not able to sign in with my organization, its prompting for google authenticator app verification code, but after giving code not able to signin

not able to sign in with my organization, its prompting for google authenticator app verification code, but after giving code not able to signin saying code does not match with our record. Could you please help me ?

    This usually happens when the time on the phone is not set to automatic or is not in sync with the time on the PC.

    Please see a few troubleshooting steps below:

    Check your device to confirm that these conditions are met:

    A) The latest version of Okta Verify is installed on your device.

    B) Your network connection is stable.

    C) Okta Verify app time is synchronised with the device time.

    1. Open the Okta Verify app

    2. Go to Settings

    3. Click "Sync Okta Verify Time"

    D) Okta Verify notifications are turned on.

    E) Ensure that battery optimisation settings don't restrict Okta Verify from functioning.
