How to Validate user phone number for SMS Factor(MFA) enroll

Any OKTA API call is avalible to validate user phone number before enroll SMS factor..?

 

some countries have phone numbers are like 7 - 15 digits (european phone numbers). coutry code selection from drop down and phone number will provide in textbox.

    It will be over engineering if you do this. I think you should let the onus on the end user that they provide the correct phone number as per the country code. otherwise you would end up in validating phone numbers for all countries. Instead look for some Info message on that page rather than validating the phone numbers.
