I had a quick look at this and found a way to get this working with the "Template Two Page Plugin App".

1. Navigate to Admin --> Applications --> Add New Application
2. Search for "Template Two Page Plugin App", select the result and select Add App
3. Give the app a name.
4. Login URL you will need to copy the full url you are provided when you click "login to RingCentral App" from ringcentral.com website. i.e. https://login.ringcentral.com/?responseType=code&clientId=[clientIdValue]&brandId=****
5. Redirect URL can be left blank
6. Password URL = same as login URL
7. Username field = #credential
8. Next button = button[type="submit"]
9. Password field = #password
10. Submit button = button[type="submit"]

I have provided a screenshot of how this looks on my own org below.
