Hello, I’m writing with a question about the RingCentral integration. I have configured the application and authenticated with RingCentral in the Okta console. We had some users previously created in RingCentral and we were able to import them. After setting up our attribute mappings between Okta and RingCentral, enabling Creation of Users from Okta —> Ring, creating a new user in Okta, and assigning the user to the Ring Central app, it appears nothing happens after that. This user has been in place for several days but has never been provisioned in RingCentral. There are no failed tasks in the dashboard either. I just wanted to check if I’m missing something here. Or is this a matter of having to use an Okta workflow to make an API call to ringCentral (which I wouldn’t think given there is a native RingCentral App integration). Would appreciate any help you can offer. Thanks!

If you have provisioning enable for the application, assigning the user to the app should automatically trigger the provisioning flow and create the user in RingCentral. In the Provisioning tab of the application, can you confirm that User creation is checked? As well as Update User Attributes.
If these 2 are checked there should be no reason from a provisioning stand point to not create the users.
Additionally, if you check the user in the Assignment tab, does any error appear to the user?
