Zendesk push group fails with the following error, visible in the Okta dashboard:

According to the Zendesk developer API Reference documentation, the Bulk Create Memberships API allows up to 100 agents to simultaneously be assigned to given groups. This indicates that Zendesk supports only 100 user assignments at a time from Okta.
This error is received because the number of App Group members in Okta exceeds the limit of 100 for the group required to push from Okta to Zendesk.
- A potential workaround to this limitation is to add only 100 users at a time to the group intended for pushing from Okta to Zendesk.
- Repeat step 1 until push all the required App Group members from Okta to Zendesk.
