This article describes how to enable System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Provisioning in a Custom App.

Custom application integrations created through the App Integration Wizard (AIW) do not have "Provisioning" enabled by default.

In the video below, learn how to enable SCIM provisioning in a custom application:

1. Log in to the Okta org Admin Console as the Super Admin.
2. Navigate to Applications > Applications > select Create App Integration.
3. Under Create a new app integration, choose SAML 2.0 or SWA - Secure Web Authentication Sign-in method.
   • NOTE: Enabling SCIM provisioning with a custom OpenID Connect (OIDC) integration is not currently supported.

5. Input the remaining values to complete the application setup.
6. Navigate to the General tab of the created app integration, click Edit in the App Settings, enable the SCIM Provisioning option, and click Save.
