NOTE: If this is a brand-new On-Premise SCIM Provisioning integration, please contact the Okta Professional Service team for assistance, as it is outside the scope of Okta Support. Any questions related to creating a custom OnPremise SCIM connector for the OnPremise SCIM integration or installing and configuring the Okta Provisioning Agent are outside the scope of support and must be assisted by the Okta Professional Service team.
For full details, please read the On-Premises provisioning Okta documentation.
This article assumes the above two steps have been completed and will focus only on the custom On-Premise SCIM Provisioning app configuration step, which needs to be completed on the Okta Admin Console. It will then finally allow for User Import function testing with the dedicated On-Premise SCIM Server source.

- Okta Integration Network
Prerequisites:
- Worked with the Okta Professional Service team to complete the required steps below, including:
To complete the app creation with On-Premise SCIM Provisioning setup, please do the following:
- Log in to the Okta Admin Dashboard.
- Under Applications, select Create New Integration.
- Create a new custom app (SAML or SWA) via Application Integration Wizard.
- Once the custom SWA/SAML app is created successfully, navigate to the General tab, and under the Provisioning options, select OnPremise SCIM Provisioning. Click Save.
- The Provisioning tab should be displayed. Click on the Provisioning tab, click on Configure SCIM Connector, enter the required SCIM Connector Base URL, and select the OPP agent to connect to.
- The SCIM Connector developer team (or the Okta Professional Service Consultant, who assists with the On-Premise SCIM Connector development and testing) should be able to provide the required configuration information.
For full documentation, please read: Connect to a SCIM connector.
- Then, once the Okta Admin user has completed the OnPremise SCIM Connector integration setup with the custom app, when navigating to the custom app > Import tab, Okta Admin may now click on the Import Now button to start a new import job for the user if the OnPrem SCIM Connector integration supported that.
For any additional assistance for a brand-new On-Premise SCIM Provisioning integration setup, please contact the Okta Account Representative, who may help to arrange an Okta Professional Service engagement session, and our Okta Professional Service team can further address any outstanding questions for a custom On-Premise SCIM Provisioning app implementation inquiry.
