Hi Team,
Due to MDM-based testing on my device, my Okta Verify app was deleted, and I am now completely locked out of my Okta Partner account as I’m unable to complete MFA verification.
I no longer have access to the enrolled Okta Verify factor and cannot sign in to reset or re-enroll it from my side.
I have already emailed partners@okta.com but haven’t received any response yet.
Could someone please suggest how I can reset my MFA or help me regain access to my account?
This is impacting my access to the Okta Partner Forum and related resources.
