Issue - No response when adding app in demo environment

1Has anyone else experienced an unresponsive response when adding a new app in the admin console demo environment? (When I click the 'Done' button, the webpage redirects to a specific instance page, but there is no content.)

When I return to the admin console, the app is added to the list, but when I click to edit it, it attempts to redirect to the same page(URL like https://demo-xxxx-admin.okta.com/admin/app/salesforce/instance/0oa126l9sh5yjALBa698), yet nothing is displayed on the screen.

It’s not just me; other user is getting the same issue.

It doesn't happen with all apps, but a few confirmed cases include AWS apps, Box app, Salesforce, and GitLab.

    I'm unable to reproduce this issue.  

    I've tested both Okta Classic and OIE on MacOS Safari and it's working as expected for me. 

    Please try via an incognito window, disable add-ons, or a new browser/device. 

    If you continue to experience issues, please open a case to review the matter with the Okta Support team.

    ​Thank you for your interest.

    Like you, I also tested it in various environments, but the same problem still occurred.

    In conclusion, I discovered a peculiarity where the issue occurs only in 'Starter' version demo!

    It works normally if i just create a new demo environment.

    (Although one other nagging issue occurs in the new demo environment, haha...)

     

    I haven't been a partner for very long, so I need a lot of study and help. I will visit the community often.
