I need help getting back into our main Okta tenant.
We recently migrated to a new AD forest and set up a new Okta AD connector. After the new connector showed as ready, I disabled the old connector that was tied to our retired domain controller. Once I did that, I lost the ability to sign into Okta — my admin account is no longer tied to a valid authentication source.
I am not locked out of Zscaler — only Okta.
The problem is that Okta requires you to sign in before you can open a support ticket or talk to support. Since I’m locked out, I can’t contact Okta through any normal channel. I had to create this separate trial account just so I could post here and try to get help.
I simply need Okta to restore access to our real tenant so I can finish the connector transition and fix the admin login.
Any guidance or escalation would be greatly appreciated.

Please email us at community@okta.com from the email address associated with the SuperAdmin account, and provide the Okta Org URL, and we'll look into opening a ticket on your behalf to get you in touch with out colleagues from the Support team.
In the meantime, if you happen to have your Customer Support Account ID , you can also call the support line directly. If you don't have it, we recommend saving it once you regain access.
