I cannot login to my okta admin account because I am prompted for an okta verify code. It looks like I set this up in 2020 on a previous phone, but have never been prompted for an okta verify code between then and now so I missed transferring the account. I have no way to get an okta verify code, and seemingly no way to create a support ticket. There is no other user with admin rights to help me. Is there any way to get a support contact? Thank you.
Edit: I found a way to help myself using the unenroll factor API. Might be helpful for someone who is locked out but has an active API key. /api/v1/users/{userId}/factors/{factorId}
