Hi @Deepaks.23553 (Customer) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
There's not enough context here to be able to provide a pinpoint solution.
My advice would be to check the Okta System Logs for the authentication events and review the details like context and specific authentication policies being hit.
You might also be able to gleam some insight by using the Okta Access Testing Tool.
If this is related to a custom OIDC app implementation, please reach out to the dedicated Okta Developer forum via devforum.okta.com to take advantage of their expertise.
If my answer helped, remember to mark it as best to increase its visibility for other members of the Okta Community who might have the same questions as you.
Hope my answer helps!

Using the Okta Access Testing tool is recommended, but you might also include the users IP address when you run the test. Also, check their username that they use to connect to the app and make sure the username you are using for that app in Okta and the username, that is set up in the app, are the same. .
Same issue for me when I try to integrate an OIDC web app with my node.js server. The server is working fine with a login redirect url to the Okta Login page, I have total 2 user, Ram Tamiri & Ram Super Admin.
Even after assigning Super Admin, API Administrator, and Application Administrator roles to my secondary Okta user, I still receive the following error when trying to log in through the OIDC flow:
⚠️🔴 “You are not allowed to access this app. To request access, contact an admin.”
I’ve verified the following:
1. The OIDC application is created correctly
2. Policies and sign-on rules are configured
3. Ports, redirect URIs, and Docker setup are updated
4. Both users exist and are active
5. Admin roles are assigned properly
But the issue persists, and it seems to be related to app access or assignment
The below link will show you what the problem is.

There is no proper clear solution is available through our the Internet and Okta suggested some options in the community group but nothing helps. Kindly help us. Reach out to me at this mail for a quick notification ramtamiri8@gmail.com
