Identity issue throwing you are not allowed to access this app

Hi team , we have integrated an app with open id connection (spa app) , we are geeting an error at below url https://ftext.oktapreview.com/idp/idx/identify and message as "you are not allowed to access this app, to request access contact admin".

Already the user is assigned to the app. and we disabled the mfa for this user and we are logging only via password.

    If you've already made sure the respective user is properly assigned to the involved app(s), you could perhaps check the system logs for any access denied due to Policies. 

    It could be that the sign on policy assigned to the app is blocking the user access because they don't meet the requirements (for example Network zone or client).
