Hello, I'm a Super Admin on my Trial Okta Org.
We need to test the "Okta Access Requests" feature. I see the "Okta Access Requests" app but not the "Okta Access Requests Admin". According to the documentation this app should be assigned to all Super Admins by default.
On another help article I read that to see the "Okta Access Requests Admin" app I need to enable the feature "Access Request Conditions" and "Resource Catalog". (I'm following this guide: https://learning.okta.com/oig-access-request-conditions-and-resource-catalog-admin-guide/2170635).
But under Admin > Settings > Features there isn't any feature called "Access Request Conditions" nor "Resource Catalog".
I have Okta Identity Governance feature enabled. I can see the option "Access Requests" in the Admin Console but when I click on it, it redirects me to the End-User version of the Access Requests Portal even though I'm the sole Super Admin.
I understand this may not be available on the Trial account but we need to test this feature in order to evaluate. Who can help in this case? I sent a message though the contact form within Okta Trial but nobody has reached out so far.
Any hints on how to proceed?

Free trial orgs come with limited features and options. If you cannot see a section or option in your org, even though you are in the right place and following an article, it usually means that a feature is not currently enabled in your org.
Features can be enabled upon request for paid accounts through a support ticket. However, some may incur additional costs, so you should discuss with your Account Executive before making the request.
