Issue with setting up Okta integration account - getting "You are not allowed to access this app". Dev tools shows unathorized.

Hello!

I'm trying to set up an Okta integration account. The account is:[redacted by moderator]

I've created an app named "Test License App".

This is this app id: [redacted by moderator]

I've set it up as closely as possible to the current app which is at [redacted by moderator]

Access to the app is done allowed via a group called "testLicenseApp". Among the users are the two that I use, "[redacted by moderator]" and "[redacted by moderator]". This group is assigned to the app.

I initially set it up with the default 2-factor authentication.

However, every time I log in, I get the error message:

"You are not allowed to access this app. To request access, contact and admin".

Dev tools on Chrome shows "unauthorized".

I'm sure I'm using the right signon and password, because the same credentials allow me access to the OKTA dashboard.

I tried adding using rule for password only, but get the same response.

I also tried removing the group and adding myself as an individual user, but get the same response.

Can anyone offer some advice? I'm stumped at this point.

    Hi Paul,

There was no policy attached to the default server! Now it's working. Muchos gracias!
