I wanted to use okta verify as an additional way to log in safely into my account which required me to use a QR code. However, I got logged out of my Okta verify app and need a new QR code to log in which I simply cannot find anywhere. I cannot log into any of my work accounts because it is sending the notification on the account that got logged out. Is there any way I can remidy this? Do I need help from my work manager to fix this issue?

For this you need an MFA reset, which can be done only by an Okta administrator. Please reach out to your internal Okta Administrator or company Helpdesk and they should be able to provide assistance with this matter.
