Reboot the device by powering it off completely and then powering it back on. Ensure the device is not Jailbroken, does not have a custom security layer or Mobile Device Management (MDM) profile, and that other Applications could be interfering with the delivery of notifications.
They did all that and it still not working currently.
Do you switch phone by restore from old Phone?
