Due to replacement of smartphone, MFA authentication step failed and I cannot access admin page of occ account.

I have no way to contact the support team so I am leaving this message here.

I am an IT manager of Okta service.

 

  1. There are two admin accounts in the company. Both accounts require Okta verify authentication when trying to access the admin page.
  2. The admin account's smart phone device was replaced. Previous device has been initialized and verify authentication is not possible.
  3. Please disable Verify MFA authentication for the company admin account. You can verify my identity in various ways, such as by phone SMS, email, or video call.
