I have no way to contact the support team so I am leaving this message here.
I am an IT manager of Okta service.
- There are two admin accounts in the company. Both accounts require Okta verify authentication when trying to access the admin page.
- The admin account's smart phone device was replaced. Previous device has been initialized and verify authentication is not possible.
- Please disable Verify MFA authentication for the company admin account. You can verify my identity in various ways, such as by phone SMS, email, or video call.

In alignment with the Okta Secure Identity Commitment, Okta is requiring customers to use multifactor authentication (MFA) to access their Okta Admin Console. MFA is an effective tool to protect against identity attacks.
We are in the process of rolling this out and you should expect that this will be completed in Q4.
The MFA will be required on all orgs and no admins will be exempt.

Additionally while Okta verify is not required, and MFA for the account is required.
