Recover account access due to loss of MFA access

I lost my phone and also lost access to the MFA to access the Okta admin page.

How can I regain access to my account?

I tried to open a support case, but I can't access it.

    If you have a Free Developer org, unfortunately we do not have access to provide assistance with recovery of your account.

    If you have a paid service with Okta or an Okta Cloud Connect account, please send us an email at community@okta.com and we will try to provide assistance from that side.
