Can't Set Up a Log Stream or Open a Support Ticket with a Developer Account

I have an Okta Developer account, and I'm struggling to set up an AWS EventBridge LogStream based on the logs in my account. I'm attempting to follow the instructions in https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/reports/log-streaming/add-aws-eb-log-stream.htm, but there is no Log Streaming section in my portal

 

I see that other people have had similar issues in the past and been asked to open a support ticket

 

It seems I cannot do this either - I'm shown a "You Do Not Have Access to Create a Case" message when I click "Get support"

    Hello @DanS.52901 (Customer)​ Thank you for posting on our Community page!

     

    This is a feature that needs to be enabled on the Organisation, only after that you can set it up.

    There is a self-service option to enable some feature in the Settings-> Features, you can try to see if this feature is there.

    If it's not, unfortunately Feature enablement for Developer is currently not available. However, if you have access to a paid tenant then you can open a case with Support from that side to get this enable for your developer tenant.
