안녕하세요

레벨스 김남용 입니다.

Safari는 문제 없고 크롬 에서 ​Okta Admin Console이 자꾸 403 에러가 발생하는데요.

내부적으로 사무실 IP를 사용해서 지스케일러​ 항상 켜진 상태로 접속하고 있습니다.

간헐적으로 사무실 IP​가 적용되면서 Roaming session detected for user 문제가 발생하는데 어떻게 해결할 수 있을까요?

    I would recommend reviewing the SystemLog to understand what is causing this issue. It could be that the browser could be somehow blocked from accessing the Admin portal.

    Hello, Paul Stiniguta,

     

    The "security.session.detect_client_roaming" message along with changes in ASN and IP address in the SystemLog suggests that your network may be experiencing a roaming session. In this case, using the Zscaler SASE Always On service could be causing intermittent appearances of your company Wi-Fi's IP address. This change may trigger Okta's security policies, resulting in the Admin Console being blocked.
