This knowledge article aims to clarify why Admins are seeing errors in the Admin console. When loading the Admin console, Admin users may see the following error message:
- Sorry, there is an issue loading this component, but our engineering team has been notified. You can try refreshing the page if this issue persists.
There may also be other errors, for example, when attempting to load the view, the system logs the following error may be received:
- Sorry, there's been an error. We aren't sure what caused it, but we've logged this and will work to address it. Please try your request again.
- Administration
- Organization Security
Admins are getting kicked off their session with the following event seen in the System logs:
- DisplayMessage Roaming session detected for user
- EventType security.session.detect_client_roaming
- Outcome
- Reason IP address changed from <IP_ADDRESS_1> to <IP_ADDRESS_2>
- Result DENY
