I am trying to setup Okta, but I dont want to sync my full AD user group. I instead would like to add users to a security group and sync only that. Is there anyway to achieve this?

Yes, when you setup AD you can select only the AD group/OU that you want to sync with Okta. Please see below our AD integration doc:

Thank you for that answer, however I should have clarified that I dont want to move my users to a different OU. They are all in a Users OU and I would I just like to move them to a USG called "okta"
When importing it sees the USG but doesn't actually import any of the users in the group.
Hi @User17374735827075435318 (Customer) Okta AD integration only imports user/group objects from the selected OU's. You can look into potentially using the Active Directory LDAP filters but we do not provide the syntaxing for it and it has the potential of breaking the integration if not properly configured.
I would also advise to Open a case with Support to see if there are any additional options for this or maybe some Feature Flags that will make this more easy.
