AD Group OU not importing. Users are importing just fine. I am selecting To Okta - Integration - Provisioning. Under Import Settings, I've checked the OU I want under Group OUs connected to Okta. When I select full import now, I see 139 users scanned and O groups scanned.

If the proper OU is checked(hit "save" after checking the box), the only other thing I can think of is if those groups are "Universal Security Groups". In order to import those, you need to enable "Universal security group support" under Directory Integrations → <desired AD name> → Provisioning → "To Okta" .
⚠️ But if you did not have it enabled before, I recommend checking what other groups might be pulled into Okta before making the change.
