About account disabiling or deletion
Hello,
There are two okta.com accounts created by former employees of our company. Notifications are coming to our company's active directory services from these accounts.
We are not currently using these two okta.com services and would like to close them. However, we do not have access to the accounts. The MFA devices defined for accessing the accounts are no longer used.
We want these two okta.com accounts to be closed directly by the Okta team. Or we want access permissions to be granted so that we can close the accounts.
Our company and system management will all your verification requests and document requests required for this process. We kindly inform you.

Please email us at community@okta.com with more details about this matter. Include the URLs of the orgs you want to be decommissioned, the URL of your org, the emails of the Super Admin accounts that are no longer active, and any other relevant details.
