Going through the process of standardizing upn's for my environment. Okta is the only app that will be affected by the UPN change. Was thinking the easiest way to go about this would be to make the change on the AD end, then disconnect, deactivate, & delete the users and let them reauth with their new UPN's and then bulk activate their accounts. There is roughly 250 accounts, is there a way to automate this if I have a csv of the UPNS that will be affected?

Nick - did you test with one user to see what the affect would be if you DONT delete the users? Whilst I don't think its a necessary step, you could look into the Okta workflows to do a bulk delete. If you have provisioning/deprovisioning turned on with some of your Okta apps, you may run into issues in the downstream apps when you deactivate and delete the Okta account.
We are using AD UPN as OKta username. If I just updated the UPN on the AD side and let it sync, would I not at the very least have to do a confirm assignment on the okta side?
Good point - you may. We use email since it tends to be the most unique attribute. Do you have a SB env to test?
