Please close my account. I'm trying to do that for three hours now. Even your email support is not working. Phone numbers are useless. Close my account PLEASE!

If you are the Super Admin of a paid Okta org, please open a case via the support.okta.com site (the green "Get Support" button on the lower right side) or call the support line (Customer Support Account ID number required). If those options are not available for you despite having a paid account, please contact your Okta Account Executive or Customer Success Manager, and they will be able to engage the Support team on your behalf.
If you are an end-user (such as an employee, contractor, patient, student, or client) of a company, institution, or service provider that requires you to use Okta Verify, please contact the company's, institution's, or service provider's IT support or Help Desk team. While Okta provides the Okta Verify app, your company, institution, or service provider handles individual account management (like MFA reset, password management, or account deactivation/deletion).
