nj5tb (nj5tb) asked a question.
I have an issue with OKTA login page coming up blank on Teams and Outlook app on the desktop. This happens right after I change domain password. Teams/Outlook will ask them to re-sign. After clicking sign in, OKTA popup like normal with the blue loading circle for a second, I was able to enter username/password then loads to a blank page and never finish (screenshot below)... I tried remove/reinstall/reset/clearcaches, etc... still no luck, Any help would be greatly appreciated
I tried this but didn't work as well => remove any saved passwords related to Microsoft Office in Windows Credential Manager (Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Credential Manager -> Windows Credentials)

Hi @nj5tb (nj5tb) , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community!
This might be tied to the internet security settings. I've seen similar things happen in the past.

Hi @Mihai Negoita - Okta (Okta, Inc.), thank you very much for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, I have tried all three link but still NO luck... Please let me know if you want me to try something else.... Many thanks!
Note: PC Windows 10
If the security settings were not the cause for this, it might be something else tied to authentication failures or if you leverage a custom sign in widget configuration.
The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.
If you have an account with us and are a SuperAdmin/Case Admin, please open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
Regards.

I talked to our IT department and they said... It looks like there is something on okta that needs to be addressed, anyhow I am fine to use the Teams/Outlook from the website, as mentioned I have NO issues with Teams/Outlook on the website
