SCCM Didn’t install Okta Verify for certain users computers

Hello,

Our SCCM didn’t install the Okta Verify on some users computers. This leads them to having no certificate. This was checked in the admin portal with the computer saying not managed and the certificate manager on Windows. I had to manually install Okta, but that doesn’t seem to add a certificate, but they could get to the dashboard, they just couldn’t get to any sites from the Okta dashboard. Do all we have to do is wait until the certificate pops up? Or will we have to reimage/rebuild the computer to get the certificate? I also saw somewhere updating the OS could fix the problem. I haven’t tried that yet. I want to resort to rebuilding/reimaging the computer as the last step, so if there is any other way, please post them.

Thanks in advance!
