BrianC.57402 (Service Corporation International) asked a question.
I previously had Okta Verify for Windows version 4.10.7.0 installed on my Windows 11 machine. This was a manual install. Now my IT team is deploying the latest version 5.3.3.0 via SCCM, but it appears to hang on my machine. To figure out the issue, I uninstalled v4.10 and had SCCM try again. Again it hung. So I tried a manual install of v5.3.3 and now I see why it hung. I receive a popup telling me that "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable" It is asking me for the path to the OktaDeviceRegistrationTaskSetup-1.3.1.msi file. It is defaulting to the ccmcache folder that SCCM uses, but the particular subfolder does not exist. Where can I get this msi so that the install can proceed?

Hey @BrianC.57402 (Service Corporation International) , check out this article. I had the same issue and used the script mentioned in the article as a pre-installation step to the Okta Verify install
