I am looking for older installers of the OKTA Identity Engine, or OKTA Verify that I can install on my Mac that has OS Ventura 13.7.8 running. The latest OKTA Identity Engine that I was linked to says that I need a newer operation system, but, that is currently not possible on this workstation.

If you have the Okta Verify installed and it's working, then you can leave it as it is. If Okta verify does not work on that version, I would recommend to open a case with Okta Support and see if they have any older version still.
