I encountered a situation with a user, where initially, the user's laptop didn't have OKTA installed. I downloaded it when enrolling the Zscaler, the installation completed successfully, but OKTA was not visible on the laptop. I checked the event viewer, Program Files, and Programs and Features in the Control Panel, but OKTA was nowhere to be found.
Can anybody guide if it is related to windows or something else?

I haven't seen similar reports, but while researching this, I noticed that you already opened a support ticket.
The Okta Community Questions forum isn't really meant for in-depth troubleshooting.
If you already have a Support ticket open, then I recommend continuing the discussion with the assigned Technical Support Engineers. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
If possible, once you've clarified the matter, please return to this post and share the solution for anyone else in the Community that may be experiencing the same.
